The Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) insulation is commonly utilized as the foremost type in case of a converter transformer, which constantly and unavoidably affected by elevated temperature different stresses arising during mode operation. It causes safety risk to system transformer. Because this, present study examines effect on OIP using FDS technique function frequency temperature. Frequency Domain Spectroscopy (FDS) Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) techniques were carried out for condition evaluation surface morphological changes insulation. experimental results show that viz 30°C, 50°C, 70°C, 90°C, 110°C 130°C produces irreversible damage OIP, can lead changes. frequency-dependent permittivity studies also confirm deterioration decreases with increased frequency. However, synergistic generated be analyzed image processing-based methods dependent average four local areas AFM images.
